A video has surfaced online capturing the moment a lady was lamenting over how a soldier allegedly rough-handled her because she did not greet.
Although the time and date of the incident is unclear, it was gathered that it happened in Sangotedo area of Eti-osa local government area, Lagos state.
The lady was seen crying out and explaining to people how a soldier in military outfit accosted and assaulted her because she was passing without greeting.
