Chika ‘Nancy’ Ike, better known as Chika Ike, was born on November 8, 1985 in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Nigerian actress, film producer, television personality, businesswoman, philanthropist, and former model. She began acting in church plays when she was six years old.
Chika Ike Early Life and Education
Chika Ike was born to the beautiful family of Mr. and Mrs. Ike in the 80’s. She was born precisely on 8th November, 1985 in Onitsha, Anambra State. Anambra State is a state in the South Eastern part of Nigeria.
Chika had her elementary and secondary education at Anambra State. Therein, she obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior Certificate results.
For her university education, Chika had a 2-year Diploma program at the prestigious University of Lagos (UniLag) in Human Kinetics and Health Education. She started in 2004 and completed the program in 2006.
Having obtained a Diploma in Human Kinetics and Health Education from the prestigious University of Lagos. Chika proceeded to obtain a Degree in the same field and the same university.
In 2014, Chika Ike went further to study Film-making. She studied and bagged a Degree in Film-making from the prestigious New York Film Academy, Los Angeles, California.

Chika Ike made her acting debut in the 2005 film Sweet Love, where she played a supporting role. In the same year, she landed her first significant role in the film Bless the Child.
Since then, she has gone on to star in more than a hundred films with significant parts, including Paradise, Mirror of Beauty, To Love a Stranger, Girls Got Reloaded, Happy Ending, Yes We Will, Anointed Queen, and The Prince and the Princess.
Mirror of Beauty premiered in U.K. Cineworld and Odeon theaters in 2007 and was chosen for and screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008.
In 2014, she founder her production company, Chika Ike Production and produced her first movie, Miss Teacher and the reality TV game show African Diva, which she is the host, executive producer, and member of the judging panel.
While the second season aired on AIT, the first season was broadcast on DStv. She worked with Rok Studios in 2015 to create films including Stuck on You and Happy Ending.
Chika Ike launched her fashion label Fancy Nancy in 2011 in Abuja, Nigeria.
