Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr. Latin is a Nigerian comic actor, filmmaker, director and producer. Mr. Latin is the CEO of Mr. Latin TV and Mr. Latin Foundation.
Bolaji Amusan also fondly recognised as Mr. Latin, is a veteran Nollywood dynamic actor, chartered entertainer, movie producer, director, MC, and Comedian.
He became famous through the movie, 50-50 produced in 1992 by the late Akin Ogungbe. He has been acting for decades.

He was born on October 16, 1966, in Gbongan, the headquarters of Osun State’s Aiyedaade Local Government Area in southwestern Nigeria.
After secondary school, he studied Peace and Conflict Resolution at the National Open University of Nigeria. He however said that he would have studied a course related to entertainment if he was well briefed.

He began acting in 1988 and appeared in the 1992 film ’50-50,’ produced by the late Akin Ogungbe, and joined ANTP in 1989.
He has produced over 40 films, the majority of which have been comedies. He is currently the director of organization and business in the Nigerian professional association known as the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association.
He is the CEO of Mr. Latin TV and the Mr. Latin Foundation and has produced more than 40 films, usually comedies.
Bolaji Amusan joined the Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners, now known as the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria, in 1989.
After holding several local positions, he was elected president of the organization in 2018 and served as governor of Ogun State from 2006 to 2010.
