Tolulope Ajayi, born November 10, 1997, better known as T-Classic, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and recording artiste. He was born and raised in Agege Lagos State. T-Classic came into limelight after he was signed by Mixnaija Entertainment in 2017 and released his lead single I Want You.
T-Classic Early Life and Education
T-Classic was born into the family of Ajay in Agege, Lagos State. He is the first son and grew up in the Agege area under the career of his parents. Being the eldest, he took care of his siblings.
He attended Legacy Nursery and Primary School, Lagos for his First School Leaving Certificate then proceeded to attend Royal Camp Comprehensive High School, Agege, Lagos for his secondary school education.
Having grew up in Lagos, T-Classic dream was to become one of the top musicians in Nigeria and didn’t hold back from pursuing his career while he was in high school.
T-Classic Career
Following his high school graduation, the singer was signed to Bang Music Entertainment, where he began his career by performing on stages during events and releasing a few songs.
He appeared on Nigerian popular disc jockey DJ Kaywise’s hit single Yes or No, which was released on August 9, 2019.
In 2019, T-Classic breaks the internet when he released Nobody Fine Pass You” a song which won Most Popular Song of the year and also bagged nomination for Most Promising Act of the year at City People Music Awards.
Due to his hard work in the music industry, he was offered a recording contract by Sony Music West Africa, to joined the record label list of artists.
Hew finally released his much anticipated project Underrated EP two weeks after he was signed to Sony Music West Africa, the project features guest appearance from DJ Xclusive and was released on February 23, 2020.
T-Classic signed a recording deal with AJ Entertainment record label in 2022, making him one of the most recognized artist in Nigeria with other West African countries.
