“No visiting, No congratulating messages” – Yoruba celebrities snub Iya Ibeji Omo Araye’s housewarming party
Actors and actresses in the Yoruba movie industry have snubbed their colleague, Iya Ibeji Omoaraye as she moves into her new house built for her by Ibadan-based pastor, Gabriel Agbala.
In a live video shared on the pastor’s Facebook page, many people attended, but none of her colleagues showed up or sent congratulatory messages to her on social media.

Recalls that on the 27th of January, 2023, Pastor Gabriel raised funds for the veteran actress on a Facebook live and he started construction of Two bedroom apartment the following day.
Although the construction of the house has generated a lot of mixed reactions as some say the house is located in a remote area of Ibadan and is not good for a sick old person like Iya Ibeji Omoaraye.
This didn’t stop the pastor as he continue to build the house.
On the 2nd March of 2023, the house was fully completed.
