Actor Femi Adebayo, Ibrahim Chatta, others react as Tunde Kelani announces “Saworoide 2”
Nigerian film director and producer, Tunde Kelani, has announced the upcoming release of “Saworoide 2,” the sequel to his 1999 blockbuster movie, “Saworoide.”
Announcing the good news, he wrote, ” When there is a cultural vacuum, moral and mental decay follows.

The announcement has sparked a wave of reactions from Nollywood actors and fans alike.
Several Nollywood actors, including Femi Adebayo, Ibrahim Chatta, and Toyin Abraham, took to social media to express their excitement about the upcoming release.

Saworoide is a classic Nigerian film that was released in 1999.
The movie tells the story of a small town called Jogbo, which is ruled by a powerful and corrupt king. The film explores themes of power, corruption, and the struggle for justice in a society where the voices of the people are often silenced.
