Shina Peller was born into a Muslim family in Oyo State, Nigeria, to Silifat and Professor Moshood Abiola Peller.
In 2002, he graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomosho, Nigeria, where he studied Chemical Engineering.
He later earned a master’s degree in business management from the same university, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, in 2013.
In 2003, he served in Abia State to fulfill the one-year National Youth Service Corps requirement for all Nigerian graduates.
