Toyin Abraham react as netizen reveals she’s relocating her family to UK after supporting Tinubu
Nigerian actress Toyin Abraham has reacted to a social media user’s claim that she is relocating her family to the United Kingdom after publicly supporting politician Bola Tinubu.
Recalls that Toyin Abraham took to her Instagram page, where she shared pictures of herself, Tinubu, and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at an event.
Reacting, a fan took to the comment section to accuse the actress of leaving the country after endorsing Tinubu.
The fan wrote, “I am not a person to do this but Toyin this is beyond funny. Why is your husband, step daughter, mother in law, mother on the UK queue fighting to get visa. Yet you seeing the future whilst relocating your Fam, is that not hypocrisy. Please do better. I await your response. Asiwaju baby, but you dey relocate your family low-key. Toyin, you no go fear God? If Nigeria good, you go find UK visa for your family?”
However, Abraham swiftly debunked the claim, stating that she has no plans to relocate her family to the UK.
She wrote, ” “My In law has never been to the UK or UK embassy. Relocating my family to the UK? I wont sue you for your lies. I will let it slide, you know why? By this time tomorrow, Asiwaju will be victorious. I know my choice is why you decided to cook up this lie but God will judge you.”
Abraham had earlier declared her support for Tinubu, urging her fans and followers to vote for him in the upcoming 2023 general elections. Her endorsement had generated mixed reactions from Nigerians, with some supporting her choice while others criticized her for it.
